Q: How do I remove my name from your list?
A: If you wish to no longer receive unsolicited mail, we recommend you contact the Direct Marketing Association’s Mail Preference Service, the official mail preference service for the Direct Marketing and Catalog communities. Here you will be able to complete a form and your name will be removed from thousands of databases simultaneously. Each month list providers scrub their database against this file to make sure they respect the privacy.
California consumers are entitled to make certain requests of covered businesses as described in the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and the California Consumer Privacy Act Regulations. For more information click here.
We suggest you also consider opting-out directly from any company that sends you unwanted solicitations or use the Marketing Association’s Consumer Choice Services at www.dmachoice.org, which applies to all DMA member companies. Please bar in mind that opting out doesn’t mean you won’t receive any marketing offers or digital advertising.

Prior to our fulfillment of any “right to know” or deletion requests, Marketing Lists Direct will require a consumer verify his or her identity using our verification process.
Email Requests
For all requests submitted through email, the following minimum pieces of information will be required:
- First, Middle (if available), and Last Name
- Physical California address
- Month/Year of Birth
- Valid email address
- Photograph of the front and back of your driver’s license
- Separate photograph of you (i.e., a “selfie”)
Telephone Requests
For all requests submitted through our toll-free telephone number, consumers will be required to provide the following minimum pieces of information:
- First, Middle (if available), and Last Name
- Physical California address
- Month/Year of Birth
- Valid telephone number
- Valid email address (if available)
Q: How long does it take to get my mailing list?
A: Mailing lists are delivered within 2 hours. Free quotes are typically within 30 minutes during normal business hours (8:30am-8pm EST).
Q: I can’t find the leads I’m looking for online. What should I do now?

Q: Do you offer list and leads of Canadian consumers and businesses?
A: Yes, both are available. Please contact us for more information.
Q: In what format will my list arrive?
A: Lists are delivered in any format needed:
– Comma-delimited Text file
– Excel spreadsheet
– Word Ready to Print Labels
If you need your list delivered in any other format, please contact our Data Consultants.
Q: Can I order mailing labels?
A: Yes, Marketing Lists Direct can ship printed mailing labels directly to your doorstep. The cost will be added to your order. and choose the number of sets of printed labels you require. For phone orders, please inform your Data Specialist that you will need printed mailing labels.

Q: What is a Subscription Account Number (SAN#)? Why do I need one? How do I get one?
A: Our lists are scrubbed against the Federal and State do not call registry. To find out who is on the Do Not Call List, you will need to register for a Subscription Account Number (SAN#). Registration is free for up to five area codes.
Here are step-by-step instructions for obtaining a SAN#. This process should take 5 minutes.
– Visit the following page: https://telemarketing.donotcall.gov/Profile/Create.aspx
You will be required to specify the area codes or geographic areas you wish to register for. After completing this form, you will be provided with your Subscription Account Number (SAN#). Please print this out for your records.
* If you are placing a telemarketing list order for consumers with Marketing Lists Direct, you may be required to provide a SAN #.
Q: Are there exceptions to these rules?
